Skull Creek, Great White Egret, Original Fine Art Watercolor Painting, 23" x 29" FRAMED AND READY TO HANG

Great White Egrets striking white body is easy to identify when I'm out walking, biking or driving the car around the island. I love their long necks and smooth walking strides. These birds look their best during the breeding season when males have neon green facial skin and long, wispy feathers (aigrettes) extending from their backs to their tails, which they show off during courtship, like how a peacock flares out its tail. This painting attempts to capture all these elements.

Painted on 300 lb hot press Arches watercolor paper was used along with my favorite paints Winsor & Newton.

This painting is beautifully framed and Matted using white to enhance the colors of the painting.  Ready to Hang!
